Technical Application: the EasySoft™ Difference

Unlike other soft liner cartridge systems, EasySoft™ delivers:

* Superior bonding *

* Repairable *

* Versatile in application*

* 35 Minute curing time *

No matter how you process, EasySoft liner™ will work for you.

After investing, remove denture from flask/reline jig and trim denture to create enough space for new soft liner as you normally would do for relines.

Apply 2 coats of EasySoft's patented adhesive. Apply first application liberally, including periphery, and allow to dry for 30 seconds.

Apply second coat and wait 2 minutes.

Guaranteed to bond when used exactly as instructed.

Place EasySoft cartridge into dispensing gun and apply color coded (teal) tip.
Squeeze gun trigger and catalyst and base are dispensed and mixed into tip. Apply onto tissue bearing surface of denture.
Applying Easysoft to Denture
Dispense EasySoft liner™ directly onto separated model into periferal roll. Place reline jig, upper and lower together as you usually would with relines. Cure in pressure pot in 50°C/120°F water for 35 minutes.

When relining or processing in a flask, it may not be possible to remove the denture to trim.

Trim denture including periphery, clean with monomer and allow to dry completely. Apply separator as directed.

Apply EasySoft liner™  to both halves of the flask.  Close flask and apply pressure to flask with pressure apparatus.  Immerse in 50°C/120°F water for 35 minutes.

Allow to cool in cold water for 10 minutes. Deflask and trim.

Remove from pressure pot and deflask (or remove from reline jig). Trim soft liner with sharp scissors or new scapel blade.
Trim with EasySoft bur or EasySoft polishing disc (shown here) for smooth pre-polish finish.

Pumice acrylic and soft liner as usual.

Easy to polish, no worries about liner being debonded during this procedure!

Apply EasySoft silicone sealant to trimmed areas of EasySoft liner™ only.

Finished EasySoft liner™.
